Buttermilk Biscuits

I was super happy with how these buttermilk biscuits turned out. I usually overthink so much when baking, about doing every single step perfectly that I usually end up messing something up anyway because I was so stressed. Making these biscuits however, I kept in mind some of the tips I've picked up; like making sure you use cold and cubed butter, how the dough should look when in the food processor, and how to fold the dough before shaping the biscuits. I actually had fun making them, and they turned out super well! They were great just as a side to our dinner and as a yummy afternoon treat with some strawberries and homemade whipped cream.
